So! I just went to the garage to get an estimate on my car. You could probably tell the by faint sound of wimpering filling the air. No real sobs have escaped as yet, I'm saving that for the day I get the bill. Have you ever had been afraid of the garage? At the tought of going to one, loose all ability to think clearly? Myself, I'm wondering how a $21 inspection revealed $400 - $500 in repairs that are needed! I could probably do an entire series on love hate relationships, and cars would be right up there! (Computers running a close second!) I'm thankful that the inspection brought these things to light. Grateful that I have jobs to pay for the repairs. And especially thankful for my parents......Oh yeah.....Dad & Mom, can I borrow the car?

ReplyDeleteI'm at the same place. Spend $$$$ to have a car fixed, then a week later the same problem arises. Spend $$ to get my car back broken. Driving the parents' minivan!
